Lizzie Cheng has 15 years’ experience in finance and accounting field, and her expertise lies in financial reporting, costing, tax planning, system implementation and cashflow management. Before joining Aepoch Advisors, Lizzie worked for KPMG and Mazars, and she also was the finance controller of NSF Shanghai (JV) and NSF Shanghai laboratory.


Lizzie has extensive experience in various industries such as international trading, information technology, luxury retails, global logistics, cosmetics, laboratory test and etc.. She has deep involvement in implementation of accounting systems like Oracle, SAP, and JDE.

Director, Business Development

Lillian Li is the Business Development Director with a demonstrated history of working in the IT industry. She has strong product management professional skills in Negotiation, Business Planning, International Business, Sales Management, and Product Development. Lillian’s primary responsibility is to drive growth and revenue by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships. She also worked for 2 subsidiaries of State-Owned Enterprises as the Finance Manager for 3 years. Her main expertise relates to running Shared Service Center, setting up the accounting system, risk control, implement internal control process and business advisory.

Emily has extensive experience in accounting system implementation, finance policy setup, group reporting, tax planning, risk control, and investment management. She is an expert in trading, retailing, e-commerce, chain stores, and franchising.

With ample knowledge and rich accounting and management experiences, Emily is dedicated to providing international and professional service with integrity and passion.

Melissa Yang

Founder and Managing Director

Career Synopsis

Melissa Yang started her professional career with PricewaterhouseCoopers Shanghai Office after graduation, and she was a Senior Auditor of Assurance Business Advisory Services Division at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She then joined Tricor, which acquired various practices from major international accounting firms (E&Y, Deloitte, and PWC). Before starting her own business of Aepoch Advisors, Melissa became the Director and head of this firm.

She has been involved in many projects such as establishing foreign investment enterprises for multi-international clients, review and implementation of internal control / procedures, setting up the accounting system and designing reporting formalities, advisory on tax compliance issues, and implementation of client’s business plans.

Melissa has a diversified client portfolio, and her client’s type of industries includes real estate, investment fund, information technology, commercial trading, market research, consulting, and etc.
